Coldwell banker is the best 5 stars ! they were able to help us find some amazing dirt for our commercial real estate project. Adam was able to help us from beginning to end simply the best in St Augustine.

Don't Walk, Run Away! Ownership/Management at this company has no moral code. They function off of spite and neglect their customers for personal gain. My advice: Steer clear of anyone and anything that has a connection to Coldwell Banker Premier Properties.

We used CBPP in the past to place tenants in a condo we own. The agent was fantastic and the tenants she placed were amazing. Unfortunately, she is no longer doing rental placements. After a bad experience with another realtor, (the tenants she placed vandalized the condo to the tune of over $9200 to fix it back up) we returned to CBPP. We rely on, and pay for, a professional to vet potential tenants. I don't know what kind of financial checks they did on these tenants, or if they did any at all. These tenants have been in since February 2023 and in that time have only paid the rent on time, in full ONCE. To date, over half of the rent is still due on September's rent. We do NOT recommend using CBPP to place tenants.

Completely inept and corrupt thus far (will update review if that changes). Have the unfortunate responsibility to have to deal with a repair caused by my upstairs neighbor at Seaside Villas (a condo community). Premier Properties manages the HOA. A large company (Pacifica Anastasia, LLC) owns most of the condos in the complex (and the one above me), so the HOA basically works for them. TWO times I have been given the runaround by the HOA, while my unit gets damaged and the HOA wants me to pay out of MY pocket for damage caused by the large company. Collusion.

Our agent, Nick Hadjis, has the patience of Job. He listens, researches, and is great to work with. Great experience. We are repeat customers with him and know we will find the perfect home in time.
