Zach would say one thing and do something different. 1st. The buyers wanted in my house before signing due to their house sold. I told him, not before I can get my things out as I was down on the 2nd to pick up. Come to find out that he told the buyers that they can move right in. They also told me that he was pushing another house on them when they wanted my home. So I should of known then he could not be trusted. 2nd when he approached me with their offer, he stated that they would pay for all of the closing costs. I even repeated back that if they would pay for all of the closing costs I could sell for that price. Get to closing, I find out that I was paying for all of the closing costs. When I asked Zach what happened to them paying closing costs he stumbled all over himself

Zach called me back immediately and said he had to gather the information about the property. He text me back later in the day to let me know the property was sold, he offered to call me in the morning to look at other listings.

Used Coldwell to sale my mom's house. The agent that done the listing took almost black pictures, never showed it and would not take calls from others wanting to show it. Same agent sold the home to my mom she is In lied about the condition of the home,such as the age of roof and the central air. So thanks for ripping off an elderly lady.

The realtor Connie was 45 minutes late to the appointment. She said she had to “get gas.” She then tried to discourage us from the property. She started mentioning this was the only one she had and she’ll let us know if something else comes up. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional.
