Cobblestone Park Apartments

I have to brag about Miss Marleen here for a minute. As a single mom, moving is more stressful than ever. I need to know my options quickly, I need constant and clear communication, and I need someone ready to put it all into action. I found all of that in Miss Marleen. She processed my application day 1, had me approved by day 2, and was helping me get my checklist completed to get a move in date organized by day 3. She was available constantly through email, Juan was my in office quick question contact and both moved my process along as smoothly as possible. I feel like I’ve found the perfect place for the kiddos and I with a supportive staff to be there when we need them and the hug I got from Miss Marleen while picking up my keys and finalizing all my documents made it truly feel like

we are new residents & our time here so far has been peaceful. Beyoncé supported our move & she was very knowledgeable and guided us to the perfect place for us! She went above & beyond to see that every question was answered and request was filled. Her support helped make the move smooth! We have had a few maintenance requests and they are always timely with making sure everything is fixed! The community is quiet. One downside rn is visitor parking but we are hopeful that won't be a challenge for too long due to construction. Another is the dog poo thats all around the complex. Otherwise, have heard great things about the is complex & so far they are living up to it!

The experience we had with Cobblestone Apartments was exceptional. There are great amenities and the property is beautiful and well maintained. Such a wonderful view to that amazing Lake! I would like to express my gratitude to Juan, who has gone above and beyond. His incredible welcome and responsiveness made the tour feel smooth and personalized. Juan was very attentive to detail and had incredible willingness to assist with every question we had.

Ashlee she was professional, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. She answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made sure everything was handled quickly. Honestly I used to love living here, I have been here for exactly two years. Have never had any complaints until a few months ago, when I get off of work late on the weekends I come home and I can't find any parking anywhere. Ive driven around the entire complex before and not able to find a spot that I can park in, even though I am a resident and have a sticker on my car. There are plenty of covered spots open that are rented out, but I can't park there because I am not renting one and I dont need my car to get towed. I have called the office multiple times trying to rent one so that I always have a parking spot, but the nearest one they have available is almost 2 buildings down from me. I only would need it maybe 3 or 4 times a month so i didn't think it would even be worth it for 35 d
