the worst place to live! These apartments are significantly more expensive than many other complexes in the area, yet residents are charged for amenities that are not consistently available. For example, the main entry electrical system was broken, and the volleyball court was closed, while amenity-related costs were still included. Utility costs were another major concern. Electricity and gas bills were noticeably higher than in surrounding neighborhoods, with no clear explanation. In addition, the only internet providers compatible with my unit were Verizon and AT&T, both of which are more expensive than other providers available in nearby areas, leaving residents with limited and costly options. I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that the unit had not been cleaned properly. It was full of various insects and a lot of spiders, which made it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. The closets were dusty and dirty, and clearly hadn’t been maintained. The balcony was in terrible condition — definitely not a space where you’d want to sit or spend time. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep were far below expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

We’ve lived here for quite some time, and while the staff is friendly and maintenance usually responsive, there’s a recurring issue each summer. A neighbor’s excessively loud ventilation system consistently destroys any sense of peace, making our patio and indoor spaces highly uncomfortable. Despite repeatedly reporting this, the office dismissively insists it’s another resident’s responsibility. This lack of meaningful action is disappointing and undermines the community standards we anticipated. At least two buildings are affected; can’t confirm others.

If there is an option to give ‘0’ stars I would have given it. We were in club meridian for quite some time and the leasing office staff is the worst that anyone could ever imagine. First, they send the emails from the user Julie who’s no longer employed with them. I had replied to that email to cancel my lease which they didn’t receive and I sent that email 56 days before my lease end date. After that I went to leasing office to make my lease has ended as I was getting recurring emails just to know that Julie is no longer with them and the current representative said that they will adjust the date so I was rushing to move out on the end date when they sent cleaning staff to check I moved out or not. I’m writing this review in a desperate attempt to get a serious issue addressed. The floor of the apartment above mine is extremely loud. my young daughter and I were waking up around 4 a.m. every morning because our upstairs neighbor, a nurse with an early shift, would get ready for work. Every step was so loud and squeaky that there was no way to go back to sleep. The upstairs neighbors moved out about a month ago, and that’s when I first wrote to management. I explained that this would be the perfect time to fix the problem while the unit is empty. I never received a reply. Since then, I’ve called several times asking them to address the issue, and still nothing—no response, no update, just ignoring me. I am desperate to get this fixed before new tenants move in and the same problem
