Rude. Rude rude rude. Don’t have questions. Don’t have follow up questions. They will be upset they have to go out of their way and answer a question. I had a question from a briefing I had done in February. The lady had never done a briefing before and now that I found a house two months later, I do have questions I was unaware about. I asked what I need to fill out. And told them my projected move in date. She said oh that’s a long time. Well lady that’s when they can get me in and they are willing to work with my voucher. Sorry I fell on hard times and have to use this program! Tried to talk to me like I was dumb. I had no idea the house had to be vacant. She said how else are we supposed to inspect it. Idk maybe have your new people doing briefings cover that information. I work full

So very Rude!!!! also says they don’t accept anything from email? Why not your on the computer all day?

The RUDEST people I have ever encountered. I said good morning and explained my reason for calling, got cut off and asked for my name. Told them my name and started spelling last (it can be misunderstood over phone) she yelled at me that I don't need to spell it and put me on hold. Came back extremely rude, told me my appointment and hung up on me. SO RUDE. We are all struggling, your time isn't better than mine and you are no better than me. No need to treat people like that.

The lady at the front is really cool, I like her attitude. The waiting list to get your vouch can be a long wait, it took 9 months for me which isn't bad. You can always call and get the answers you need. Just a heads up though, you can't add anyone to your lease UNLESS they are related or you are legally married to them. Other than that issue, this is a good facility.

They are very rude Julia will just walk in without 24 hour notice the maintenance is lazy they don't fix anything there is mold in the walls at the grand avenue homes
