Clocktower West Chester Apartments

Ok.. until it’s not. Awaiting corporate response to year long leak complaints. Rooftop has been closed since October for repairs with no timeline. This is luxury living? Here's a timeline of the issues: Timeline of events On December 31, 2024, I first reported an active roof leak entering our apartment through the ceiling. Maintenance responded and advised the issue would be investigated after the new year. During the week of January 3, 2025, the maintenance manager confirmed the leak originated from the rooftop terrace and that construction would be contacted. On January 11, 2025, I submitted a maintenance request through the resident app with photos documenting water intrusion through our bedroom window and ceiling. I can't say enough about Rachael, Lexi, and their team in making the Clocktower an incredible experience. Both were incredibly accommodating and really took the time to ensure everything was perfect! Dave and Matt in maintenance are beyond exceptional, and the property is clean, modern, and truly top tier in the greater Cincinnati area.

Our moving experience to Clocktower West Chester has been wonderful so far. Rachel was very nice and helpful during the touring and the moving process, and she really made us feel confident about our decision to move in. She went above and beyond to ensure our apartment was ready on time for move-in day, which made the transition smooth and stress-free. Although there are a few things still being fixed, we are very pleased overall with our new place and grateful to Rachel for her kindness and professionalism throughout the process. This is really a nice place to live with super great amenities. Thank you!!! :)

Starla was AMAZING. She really did her thing. She was helpfull, attentive, professional, had great customer service and overall had a GREAT energy. She is the best.10/10 would recommed.

Ask for Starla! She is super personable and knowledgeable, however most importantly patient! She answered all our questions and took her time showing us around and we were super appreciative! It had been awhile since we had to shop for an apartment and she made it easy!
