Cliffside Terrace Apartments

Highly recommend Cliffside Terrace Apartments. The management is unbelievably amazing. James, the manager is hands on with maintenance and responsive to all communication. Very unusual in a college town rental environment. Great location for serious students who want value in a safe and pleasant location. We looked at a lot of apartments this summer for our son and nothing compared for the money. Off street parking, furnished available and some utilities included.

Visited my son. He likes it and says Landlord is very reasonable. Spacious appt w 2 bedrms 2 bathroom a balcony. Laundry in basement.

It's a nicely located house right next to Ithaca falls. You can hear the falls in the night. Well maintained place, highly recommend.

Look nice. Check them out if you are interested in a rental.
