Clearlake Isles Apartments 55+ Community

I have been a resident since Clearlake opened. My children and grandchildren are very impressed with the property. I love my apartment. It is very spacious especially for a 1 bedroom. I love my island in the kitchen. I don’t know of any place around here where a person over 55 years old can get a place as nice and reasonably priced as this. Staff is great. Stop by and see our quiet community.

Just visited several 55+ bldgs. while on vacation in Cocoa. I was really pleased with Clearlake Isles! What I discovered was an immaculate main floor, workout room and pool area. I did property maintenance for 17 years and I know what it takes to keep a place looking that good. Miss Ebony, who provided information for me, was very professional, yet friendly. I am seriously considering a move to Florida. The reviews on here were helpful. I hope I find a good fit for me soon.

I love my apartment. The apartments are very energy efficient. The residents are friendly and helpful. The general neighborhood is not that great though. The new manager is trying her best to get the property to look presentable.

The apartments are beautiful and so much grander than I expected. There is a lot of information about ourselves to make sure all people in the community are good citizens, no criminal activity, and doing nothing that would harm or in any way bother another tenant. It is very quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Be careful if you move here. The apartments are lovely and well designed but it's like a prison. Everything is locked and visitors have no way to let you know they are here unless they call on their cell phones upon arrival. No outside doorbells, nothing! Community rooms are only accessible at the managers discretion! Everyone from the 3rd floor to the first floor wether your sick in bed, injured or handicapped you HAVE to go all the way downstairs to let your visitors in. It doesn't make sense! Also, the building itself in not in compliance with the ADA laws!
