Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. I lived here for three years, and nothing ever got properly fixed. The building is infested with roaches, rats, and bedbugs. The landlord is extremely disrespectful and treats long term tenants poorly. He refuses to return security deposits and ignores serious maintenance and safety issues Edit: Instead of addressing the issues, the owner is trying to deflect and make it seem like the problems were never reported. And I’m not the person you trying to blame by using their full name how disrespectful and unprofessional you are to do that The truth is, nothing was ever properly fixed electrical hazards were taped up instead of repaired, the building had roaches, rats, and bedbugs, and the windows froze over in winter

I paid an application fee, but no credit check or background screening was ever performed. Despite that, the person Jeff still required sensitive documents from me, including my W-2s, pay stubs, and rent ledger. After jumping through multiple unnecessary hoops, he told me that “someone else makes the decision.” When I looked up the business information online, I discovered that he is actually the owner. That made the whole situation feel misleading and dishonest. What concerned me even more is that he operates under multiple LLC names, and one of them has not been in good standing for years. The entire process felt deceptive, unprofessional, and potentially unsafe — especially since he collected my personal documents even though he never completed the screening they were supposedly neede

place is a fraud and they just money hungry for a application fee , they gonna make it sound like it’s a good place for you and they gonna tell you wait 48-72 hours to hear back and than gonna lie and say it’s up to the owners to approve the application when the owner is the guy you talk to it’s all a scam , save your $45 and don’t apply cause they gonna give you the run around all for $45 dollars

This place made me feel like home, it’s very peaceful, very easy to commute, affordable, clean, spacious and easy to move in. Management is awesome any issues that need to be addressed are taken care of right away. Couldn’t ask for a better management company!
