Clairmont Apartments

Updating my review since I just received my move out report and my “liquidated damages” were not damages to the apartment but my penalty for moving out early. Not happy but it is what it is. The apartments can be noisy depending on who they house above you. I moved out after 3 1/2 years there because they put a family of 3 in a one bedroom apartment above me. I was woken up in the middle of the night on numerous occasions by the young child jumping so loud it shook my bed. So I’ll accept the penalty for breaking my lease in exchange for a new quiet, smoke free living environment.

The apartments are huge too. These apartments give more of a home feel, than the newer industrial apartment buildings being built. We are glad we found somewhere we can land longterm. In a great location.

I love this apartment! Very well maintained, hardly ever hear noise from neighbors, ongoing upkeep and preventative maintenance. any Maintenance requests are always handled promptly and super friendly staff! Love living here

Excellent job! Quick and thorough.Came home to a flooded bathroom. Called the emergency maintenance number, Donald came out and stopped the flooding and the next morning repaired the leaky line! Thank you all!

I've been here for 17 years! Clairmont is such an awesome place to live! The management team and maintenance do awesome work. I submit my work orders in and they are answered very quickly! Les is a wonderful addition to the company! He is very knowledgeable of what needs to be done and a swift worker! He comes in and gets right on the job. Once he finishes, I don't have to call back! I really appreciate this young man's work!!!
