Please never rent from city wide they are horrible they just want to take your money how are they going to say that when you put your application in that they will wait 24 hours to get all information from landlords and employment and if it doesn’t they move on to the next applicant and at my end my boss and landlord have not received any emails from city wide for verification DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!! Someone needs to report them to the Better Business Bureau fast

A great experience from start to finish. I had a repair issue that came up when my hot water heater rusted out and caused some water damage to the property. Citywide responded quickly and sent someone out to not only replace the water heater but also repair the Sheetrock damage. The repair person was polite, professional and did amazing work. After repairs were completed, Citywide even called to ensure that the repairs were completed to my satisfaction.

Their communication is excellent, and they respond to tenant repair requests immediately, which gives me real peace of mind as an owner. They’ve also done an exceptional job coordinating insurance-related repairs over the years—always efficient, organized, and on top of every detail.
