This place is an absolute nightmare. The utility charges are completely out of control — easily double what any reasonable apartment would cost. It feels like you’re being nickel-and-dimed every single month with no transparency and no justification . The EV charging stations are a joke. They are constantly “out of order,” and management has done absolutely nothing to fix them for months. What’s the point of advertising EV charging if you can’t even keep them functional? It’s misleading and incredibly frustrating for residents who rely on them. Save yourself the stress and the money. This place is overpriced, poorly managed, and not worth it. There are far better options out there. Avoid at all costs.

City South Apartments is a wonderful place to live!The location is perfect—right in the middle of peninsula with easy access to highway 101 and 92.The community is clean,quiet and well maintained, with a beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi open 7 days a week,plus sports fields for basketball, football and tennis. The management team is excellent—professional, responsible and always helpful. It’s also very convenient to have a large supermarket nearby.City South offers comfort, convenience and great management—highly recommended! We lived there for morel than 2 years and truly don’t want to leave!I also heard there’s a rent discount in November—if you’re planning to rent an apartment, don’t hesitate.Opportunities like this don’t come often—you’ll love living there! We’ve really enjoyed using the conference room at CitySouth- it’s truly a hidden gem compared to other shared office spaces nearby. The room is cozy, quiet, and always well-maintained! The location is also super convenient, whether you’re a CitySouth tenant or hosting guests from outside. Melissa and Victor on staff are incredibly helpful and friendly- always welcoming and quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it’s a great space with very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Worst leasing experience. Leasing won't pickup the phone call. The leasing office sits in the Colorado. Bait and switch prices for the amenities especially for a parking spots. While applying it shows they have a $80 parking and on the day of signing it shows $125 monthly because they don't have parking spot available have to pay premium parking charges only. Staff has 0 knowledge always gives a response we will check internally and never responds back. No transparency when the spot will be available. Nowhere to check what is the parking spot queue. Be aware!

Honestly, this review is my attempt to get the attention of someone who can actually address these problems — because they affect safety, security, and basic quality of life for residents. Severe Security Failures The most alarming concern is the complete lack of effective security. Packages are repeatedly stolen from the mail room — sometimes within less than an hour of delivery. Despite clear evidence, management’s response has been to push responsibility onto the courier rather than address the root cause. The mail locker code is simply the number displayed on the building, which makes the "lock" meaningless. This is not only irresponsible, it creates an unsafe
