City Pointe Apartments and Townhomes Evansville

This is a great place if you are new to Evansville! The property manager was so helpful and welcoming from the first time I met her. I had a short timeline to move and she worked her magic to not only get me in, but with a discount move-in special. The location was perfect for me and I loved the security of a gated property. The neighbors are quiet, the grounds are well maintained. The amenities were perfect for me (doggie bath area, work out facilities, playground, and 2 dog parks). Highly recommend for young families, single professionals, or college students!

The property is very clean and updated. As a young female I feel very safe and comfortable in this community. The community manger Anna is AMAZING! She continues to go the extra mile for me. The apartments are clean and very modern!

I moved out in 2022 and still receive phone calls to open the front gate to the apartment complex despite requests to have my personal information removed from their system. This shows how much attention to detail management has when my information is still being used even after 3 years.

I've lived in multiple apartment complexes in Evansville and City Pointe Apartments and Townhomes has by far exceeded my expectations. Anna, the leasing manager, is so personal and welcoming, along with the maintenance staff, who made sure our move in ran smoothly and our concerns were acknowledged immediately. I am in love with the location of the complex and the exceptional quality of the interior. Overall, extremely satisfied with my stay at City Pointe so far!

I lived at City Pointe for 3.5 years while I was in school. The complex and apartments themselves are very nice and well maintained, but what really made City Pointe great was the staff. Anna always got back to me quickly if there was an issue and was very kind and approachable. I never felt like she brushed off any concerns or questions I had. Matt with maintenance was also wonderful and any maintenance issues in the apartment were always promptly resolved. Thank you to both of them for making my time living here great! I'd recommend this complex to anyone!
