City Club Apartments Lafayette Park

I toured this spot back in 2020 when I moved back home to Michigan and I still can’t get over how much I love the A-4 layout, that gorgeous balcony and view! 🌿✨ Had to come back for another look and PJ gave such a great tour. If only it were bigger—I’d move in tomorrow! 🏡💭 S. C.

I had a wonderful experience during my tour of this community. The staff was absolutely amazing, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The community itself is beautiful, and I love all the unique interior design that make it stand out from other places I’ve visited. Overall, the entire experience left a great impression on me, and I’m truly looking forward to living here soon! -Lisa

PJ one of the leasing agents showed us our options a layout of the apartment and the amenities. He was very professional very kind it made my heart feel good to meet someone that loves what they do.

To management Mr. Shaw, and office staff why are we going on a month without adequate heat in the building? You say the boilers fixed. That’s simply not true at all. I confirmed this with maintenance staff. No. I don’t want a portable heater you sent a text/email out about either.

I did a walk through tour of this place and ultimately decided not to apply to live here. The staff was very nice and the people that I met that lived here were very nice. It’s just a very dark building. There’s not much light coming in and it wasn’t for me. It had been remodeled but it felt like they took a lot of shortcuts around the old things in the building so it makes it look worn and tired. Overall, it was just an okay building.
