I first moved in when it was managed by Greystar and I loved the management then! Ever since they changed management though, I’ve had so many complaints. It’s to the point where my friends were interested in moving here and I convinced them not to. I’m definitely going to move after my current lease. Firstly there are generic things like the fire alarms going off frequently, water gets shut off, etc. They also keep changing policies - we now have a new parking system that makes it harder for guests to park and for tenants to pay for the system. We once had a package (worth $200+) stolen from the mail room before and management was no help with the process of resolving the issue. They once did a maintenance check on apartment units where they enter the unit even if no one is home. No one
The leasing office team is not good at getting back to residents. I have emailed multiple times about trash overflowing and noise complaints and never receive a response. When I first moved here, Graystar was the owner, but since MG properties has taken over they have had significant staff turn over and the new staff don’t take time to get to know the residents or respond to concerns. They also continue to change policies (eg parking, package room), but the policies don’t seem to help and I don’t think they seek resident input. The apartments themselves and the cleaning and maintenance teams are great, but I don’t find the leasing office or management teams welcoming or helpful.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had an amazing experience living at these luxury apartments! The property is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly feels like home. The amenities are top-notch, and everything shows real attention to detail. I also want to give a special shoutout to the management team — they do an outstanding job keeping everything running smoothly. Danielle, the property manager, deserves particular recognition for her professionalis She’s always helpful, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about the residents. Thank you to Danielle and the entire management team for maintaining such a high standard of quality and comfort. You’re doing an excellent job!
Long overdue but here it is. Lived here for about a year. AVOID at all cost. I was under initial management then the new management took over. 1. Staff extremely rude 2. Prepare to wait for weeks sometimes never for a response 3. Disgusting hallways, bathrooms never cleaned, common places always dirty 4. This place is over rated for no reason. 5. Hallways always smell like weed or cigarettes 6. Packages always got stolen and management never got back to me when I left messages 7 dishwasher brand new but never worked despite multiple checks ups by maintenance 8. AC in my unit never was fixed despite multiple complaints 9. I have never been so disgusted by management nor a living situation all while paying 3600 in my existence of living. 10. Do yourself a favor get a motel 6, you’ll have
Extremely disappointed with my experience living here. What started as a promising place quickly deteriorated under new management (MG Properties). Upon move-out, they could not produce my lease or any signed documents, and I have yet to receive my security deposit. Despite repeated calls, emails, and even in-person visits, I’ve received no response—forcing me to take legal action from out of state. The property was poorly maintained, and the move-out process delayed my relocation to Texas, costing me significantly. This is not a luxury complex—it’s a poorly managed inconvenience. Attached are some photos of the way the property he was kept under new management. Broken gate leaving me trapped one weekend. There fix was prying one side open. Took over 8 days to fix. Broken exit signs I had
