Hello, If I could I would give this institution a negative 10 stars. There was an outstanding mortgage on my father's place since 1993. In that time the mortgage was satisfied but not recorded. As this matter was holding up the sale of his place funds were placed in escrow. CitiMortgage did file a satisfaction, it was incorrectly processed and we have been asking for the correct one now going on 6 MONTHS. ALL WE WANT IS FOR THIS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF!!!!!!!!!!!

I would highly suggest no one use citi mortgage for your mortgage needs. I have been a mortgage customer with them for 15 years. Never missed a payment and I have excellent credit. I decided to refinance my home in October due to the low rates and incentives they kept sending. The initial application went seemingly well aside from the micro aggressions I experienced during the call. I have been a mortgage broker before and I knew the information that would be needed.
