The leasing office has been extremely helpful and professional every step of the way. Manuel is always attentive, quick to respond, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Any questions or concerns I had were handled right away, and the whole move-in process was smooth and stress-free. Great customer service and a very friendly environment. Highly recommend!”

I’ve really enjoyed living at Cinnamon Ridge. The staff here are super friendly and always willing to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The community is clean and quiet, and I feel safe and comfortable here. Maintenance is usually pretty quick, and the office team does a great job keeping the community informed about what’s going on. Overall, it’s been a really nice place to call home! If you are thinking about renting here DO IT! :)

I lived here back in 2023 and the first apartment they had me in was infested in roaches...couldn't sit down for 5 minutes without a roach crawling across my computer desk. The second unit had a giant mirror in the dining area next to the kitchen and they said it wasnt removable. One day I saw multiple roaches going in and out from behind the mirror and I sprayed behind there and watched close to 50 roaches fall out. The renters insurance they recommended was crap along with the energy provider. Multiple times the washing machines were crap and took more to dry your clothes. Had a bike stolen from in front of my into on night. Always had an attitude taking to my SO about issues

Save your money and your sanity—look elsewhere. The management at Cinnamon Ridge is either completely incompetent or willfully malicious. ​I am currently disputing a $75 fee that they charged me due to a glitch in their own portal. Their system rejected my application fee claiming my bank wasn't real, while simultaneously accepting my deposit check from that same bank. ​Any competent manager would look at that, realize it was a glitch, and waive the fee. Instead, the office staff told me "too bad" and demanded I pay the penalty for their broken website. Now, they are ignoring my emails and refusing to fix it. ​If they can't handle a simple application check without fining you, imagine how they will handle a maintenance emergency. Zero stars.

If you love having pest problem then this is the place for you. I was here 3 years and right off the back there was issues with roaches, after about six months we Started getting rats. Paying for pest control is a waste of money because they literally go in for two seconds and walk out pretending they did something. In total, we had to get rid of eight rats on our own. Brought this up multiple times to management and they were rude and dismissive about it saying no one else in the complex had the same issue. Which is crazy to think because my kids would walk to the front for school bus pick up and there would be dead rats on the side walk.
