We were referred to Cindy by friends in Stonecrest. From the beginning Cindy was helpful in locating properties we might be interested in purchasing. We had a limited time in Florida because we were living in Michigan. On our last day we viewed a house that we saw as our new home. After a quick negotiation we signed a purchase agreement. Because we lived in Michigan the closing was done digitally. So far so good, but this is where Cindy and her staff really begin to shine. We were informed that the sellers were going to be painting the master bedroom and bathroom, so we called Cindy with the color we chose. Oh my goodness, we could not have been more blessed to have found Cindy! She, her staff and her knowledge of referring the right people to help us was amazing.
