Zero Stars for Real-Tech Title who is completely incompotent and negligent...and an Anywhere Integrated Services subsidiary. Consumers beware that AIS is Real Tech Title who contracts your title search to True Line who failed to follow through on a clean title search for my home so that my CASH buyer cancelled my sales contract and I lost a cash deal. So, if Real-Tech and True Line can't follow through on a simple clean title search in a 6 week timeline... how credible is the search on the titles that they complete? I used Real Tech at the insistence of the Buyer...HPA....a Blackrock company...so some pretty deep pockets. My transaction with Title Resources Group (also known as Keystone Title Services) resulted in me becoming the victim of wire fraud and losing close to $20,000 in my real estate transaction with them. I do not recommend using this company EVER. When the wire fraud was identified, their President, Scott Storck, called me with his team of lawyers. I repeatedly asked Scott to remedy situation (before I had to hire lawyers) and he simply had his lawyers call me. Stay away from this company and their parent company, Title Resources Group (TRG). Keystone and TRG are associated with Coldwell Banker, so if you do a real estate transaction with Coldwell, be sure to request that Keystone/TRG is NOT used as the title company.
