Cierra Commons Apartments

I haven't received my deposit back for over 2 months even after multiple emails and phone calls. They recently got back to me saying that the deposit check was sent and processed in the middle of September, which is not true. Also, I emailed them about the deposit at the end of September too and they said nothing about the check already being processed. Also, they said they will send the check again when I talked them at the end of October but they didn't. Very frustrating. I do not recommend living at apartments owned by them. This apartment is under the same company as Desie apartment which is a few blacks away. They are very unorganized and unprofessional.

Please don't rent here. These people don't change anything, and when they hand over the apartment, they hand it over half-repaired and then don't help you. For example, my washing machine and dryer are very old and damaged, and they never change them. They just pretend they do, but they end up the same or worse. I regret signing here a thousand times over, and the neighbors who live here know I'm not lying because I've met them and they have similar, if not worse, problems.

I just moved into this apartment and its a very clean and peaceful community. The manager Ryan is so nice and helped me through the apartment tour, getting the apartment ready on time with all new appliances and move in. Maintenance team is great in fixing the issues immediately. As the apartment is old, i have faced few plumbing issues but it was fixed by maintenance team immediately. I appreciate Ryan and maintenance team for being so helpful and supportive.

I do like living here, even with the many manager changes. However, Sharon and Bill were the best when they managed for some 20 years until they moved about 5 or 6 years ago. I've lived here about 8 years now with my daughter. I've never had any problems with whoever is managing, though; issues have always been addressed in a timely manner.

I have lived here for almost a year. It has been awesome. The building is quiet and my neighbors are great. The management has been amazing and very professional. If I have any maintenance issues they are addressed within 24 hours. This is a great place to live in Burien.
