I want to say thank you very much to Carlos and Tania for their help and time. Highly recommends them and their wonderful team after living here for almost 4 years. Cider Mill is great place to live, I truly enjoy all the amenities that it has to offer such as the exercise room and swimming pool. It's also a very peaceful and serene environment with its display of beautiful nature and all the friendly locals. It's also equipped with washer and dryer units that are clean, affordable, and easily accessible for all of your laundry needs. Thanks again Cider Mill!

Watch out for these scam artists. If you’re visiting someone at these apartments and you do the proper thing by parking in the visitor parking spaces, your car will still be towed. When you go to the leasing office and ask them why, they will tell you it’s because your car wasn’t registered as a visitor! Imagine that, visit some, park your car in a proper visitor spot, and register as a freaking visitor. I have visited many people over many years at many apartments and not one time have I ever had to park my car in a visitor space and take the additional time to REGISTER! This is a money grab, plain and simple. Imagine what living here would be like. No thank you! These apartments used to be good way back when, now, absolutely not! If you’re planning on moving here, do not, I repeat DO

Carlos and Tania were super helpful and assisted me in all my needs in regards to getting information regarding leasing. Super grateful fyi know there are still kind people that go above and beyhond their job details.

Worst place ever. I cant wait until my mom’s lease is up. All the reviews here are 10000% real!! From the drug addicts roaming around to the broken windows in the laundry room to the violence . Management is useless. Takes forever to get repairs done throughout the whole complex. Just look at these photos. The homeless men have easy access to the laundry rooms since they are always cracking the windows/glass on the doors. The cleaning lady is afraid to go inside and clean because there is always a man in there something with butcher knives out on the counter. Lighting things on fire.. The police doesn’t do anything just tells them to leave but they come back once the cops are gone. Honestly if you value your safety stay away from this place.

I am so happy! So many changes are made to make the community safe for our families. The people in the office are so good now, and the maintenance they always good. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
