I've probably closed over 50 transactions here. Fantastic customer service and great communication! (Anyone posting about an exuberant amount of paperwork must not realize most closing documents required are federally required or lender required.) Dan, Debi, Kelly and the whole team always make the process seamless. If title issues do arise, they are handled quickly and communicate through the entire process

Lack of communication from this office is out of control. Not only did they not call, email, or get back to clients when they say they would. They would wait till the end of the day when nothing could be done on time. Their lack of knowledge in banking and times wires stop also did not help. On top of it all they didn't know we were in close contact with their other client, we both knew how much they kept lying to us. Both parties were on top of the game and ready to close immediately, all papers were signed immediately. This office kept saying they were waiting for the other party to complete paperwork. This is completely unacceptable. Both parties in the sell and purchase of the real estate will never again use Chicago Title for any title lookup. On top of it all the lack of res

Friendly staff, great service, and they are located in a great area. They were very professional and precise in all of their work. They are reasonably priced and stand behind their work. I will continue to use them in the future for real estate transactions.
