Cheyenne North Apartments

ABSOLUTELY AVOID CHEYENNE NORTH APARTMENTS – A COMPLETE DISASTER! If I could give Cheyenne North Apartments zero stars, I would. This place is, without exaggeration, the worst managed apartment complex I have ever encountered. Do yourself a massive favor and DO NOT move here. The issues start at the top with the apartment manager, Tara. It's a complete mystery how she holds her position, as she is hardly ever at the actual apartments. When she does make an appearance, she comes and goes at all hours, showing a blatant disregard for any semblance of a consistent schedule or the needs of residents. I've visited a friend of mine that lives here. These apartments are beautiful from the outside. Granted the inside isn't as great and welcoming but still great apartments! I will say I've heard what my friend has to pay for his apartment and I find it a bit overpriced being my apartment is much larger for a cheaper price. But overall a pretty standard apartment complex.

These have been around for a long time and don't show their age as much as many places do. That must be because of good management and maintenance staff. I'd live there if there were ever an apartment available. Long waiting list to get housing there or anywhere. What's up with that? That's not these guys fault though. That is poor management in other areas of the city, county, state government entities. JMO.

They evicted me out because they said my lights got shut off and they never did she gave me 30 days to be out of my apartment over nothing I did wrong I minded own business and stayed to myself she left me and and ay daughter homeless without and explanation I told her my lights never got shut off and she still evicted me out that place is a joke

I'd give less but the inspections there are crazy same on the Taft ones I understand some people suck but the inspections are too strict and not fair at all for tenants
