Chesterfield Village Apartments

I had an amazing experience living at Chesterfield Village Apartments! The personal atention, empathy, exemplary service at the leasing office, and care for the apartments was outstanding. The resident service, repairs, emails advising for emergency weather, cleanup after a severe weather was first class. The Apartments are so beautiful and spacious, feels like home. I recomend them without any reservations!. My best rental living experience by far.

Haven't lived in an apartment since 1968. I moved to CV last October and am delighted. CV is well managed and well maintained. A huge shout-out and thanks to management and the individuals who worked so hard to clear the recent snow from our walks and streets. Heavy snow and very cold, yet the crews did a yeoman's task! Many thanks to all.

My girlfriend and I lived in our apartment here for almost 2 years, and we loved it. The staff was very friendly, clear on costs and timely with maintenance requests. The pool was great for the summer and the fitness center is the best I have seen in an apartment community. It was a quiet development with kind neighbors and very pretty landscaping. The location of the complex is also very close to shopping centers but is kept isolated from almost all traffic noise. Overall, we were very happy about our time here and were sad we had to move out of state.

I couldn't recommend this apartment complex more! What really sets Chesterfield Village apart, though, is the staff. The management team is attentive, friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure residents are happy and comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the entire property is consistently clean and well-maintained. The staff goes above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of a community. The apartments themselves are beautiful. I have a lot of space, and the natural light is amazing with all the large windows. The kitchen has modern appliances and tons of counter space, which makes cooking and entertaining a breeze. I had a great experience living here! The community is safe, peaceful, and offers excellent amenities like a fitness room and pool. The management team is very responsible and always quick to address any maintenance issues—we truly appreciate how prompt and professional they were. A special thanks to Andi, one of the best employees we interacted with. She was incredibly helpful and took great care of us throughout our lease period.
