Chesterfield Place

I would strongly caution anyone considering living at Chesterfield Place, especially under the current property management. During my lease, I consistently paid my rent on time and regularly checked my resident portal to ensure my account was current. Despite this, I recently received a notice claiming I had a delinquent balance of $16.50 and that I needed to pay it immediately to avoid “negative rental history.” This came completely out of nowhere and is a perfect example of the kind of ambiguous and frustrating communication residents have to deal with here. Since the new property management company took over, the experience has gone downhill. WARNING: UNDER DIFFERENT OWNERSHIP. The reviews and amenities brought me to this place, but unfortunately it is not under the same ownership anymore. These high star reviews absolutely DO NOT reflect the current ownership and management. I am a current resident. When I first moved in, I was overall impressed. Clean, cared for, and professionally run. Maintenance request were handled almost immediately and the attentiveness to the needs of the residents was amazing. Since the new ownership took over, I and other tenants have experienced a change in that. The lack of concern for tenants is staggering. They somehow find the time and money to hire contractors and maintenance crews for the exterior of the building to make it “look good” from the outside, but still neglect the people actually l

Kelley the leasing agent was a sweetheart! She was very knowledgeable patient kind warm cooperative and understanding! Because of her and the apartment itself anyone would love to live here!!!!

I have lived at Chesterfield Place Apartments for 4 and half years and have always been response to my concerns. Management and maintenance are great, very cordial, and very responsive to my concerns. I have been here at CPA now for 5 plus years and I am very much satisfied with inhouse management. Kelsey is a great lady to approach on any concern I may have, super lady, always seeing the concern to it's completion, also a good listener on little talks, much appreciate her professionalism.

I have lived here for over a decade and have had only a few minor problems that have always been fixed quickly. The grounds and buildings are kept beautifully. The current manager Patty has gone above and beyond to make it the perfect place to live. I absolutely love this place!
