Cherrybrook Place Apartments

Maintenance takes care of any problem very quickly. Grounds are kept up well. Between pest control from the apartments, keeping a clean kitchen and Raid, roaches can be kept to bay. Office staff: Alma & Maria are great! One thing I hate: coming home and 2 or 3 cars are waiting for someone to open the gate for them!

My mother who is a Pasadena ISD employee an elderly over 55+ was denied a apartment here. The reasons they gave made absolutely no sense. The apartment managers were very unprofessional all they did was give her the run around for more than a a week. Also she had already paid some fees and was still denied. We will be looking for further legal actions for this obvious age discrimination

I was a resident here a few years ago…enjoyed my stay here and currently applying to move back…never wanted leave in the first place but my significant other at the time really wanted to move…hoping to return soon after this lease in my current apartment is up next month

I moved here in July and I'm so happy that I made this decision. The staff are helpful and my neighbors are great! This place is also excellent when it comes to maintenance. I recently had a leak and reported it immediately. This was well before normal business hours. The after-hours plumber arrived within 20 minutes and fixed the problem immediately. This is a good place to live. Ok so I've been living here for almost two years and it's time to update the original review. This place is FANTASTIC! Over the weekend I had a couple of minor maintenance issues come up. I placed a non-urgent service request. No rush. Well, they çame first thing this morning and got to work.
