I’ve been renting from Kirsten for about a year now, and she’s been great. She’s easy to talk to, quick to help when something comes up, and really cares about keeping things in good shape. I’ve just signed on for another year because it’s nice knowing I have a landlord I can count on. Highly recommend her!

Living here has been a nightmare. Water is routinely shut off without any prior notice, and access to hot water often requires repeated calls and follow-ups — just to get a basic necessity restored. Even worse, the environment feels unsafe. I’ve had my life threatened twice, and police have been called five separate times due to ongoing issues with neighbors. Despite the severity of these incidents, management has shown little to no urgency or concern. Complaints — even those involving safety and basic habitability — are routinely ignored. Noise complaints go unresolved, serious maintenance problems are left unattended, and the overall management is disorganized, dismissive, and seemingly unaccountable. I signed my lease July 2021 and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! Laurie had been so welcoming and has handled every issue we have had within a timely manner. I’ve never had such a caring and compassionate apartment manager she really cares and it shows. The units are absolutely amazing everything we needed and more! Our unit is a 2 bedroom upstairs and downstairs townhome, which also comes with in unit washer and dryer, fridge and dishwasher. As I stated before our first year here was nothing short of amazing which is why we decided to renew our lease. Thank you Laurie for everything!

An amazing place to live. Very spacious and the newly modeled units are awesome. Laurie our manager is the best I have ever had. She does everything she can to help with any issues we may have. Great place to live.
