Great experience for me and my family. I was very pleased with the outcome and how the chase village team handled my move in. I’ve read a lot of reviews prior to moving in but a few of them are false. The up keep of the propriety is very clean. It’s also under construction due to newly renovated apartments. I’m very happy with my decision. Applicants should understand prior to moving into a apartment you have to be prepared for delays because the property has to follow certain guidelines prior to moving you in. Most of all the apartments are newly remodeled and renovated with new appliances. Thanks chase village for this amazing experience and the property manager is awesome 👏 . She will make sure you receive everything that want in your apartment.
They don’t respond to maintenance request! The new people that they have in the office don’t care about the tenants at all. Every time it rains my walkway to my door floods with water and they told me it’s nothing they could do.... they did finally come and fix partially what I asked but didn’t finish everything. The trash always overflows and you can always count on the leasing office to never answer the phone. I have had two coworkers move from this property and if I would have known why they moved I would have never moved in. They told me they moved because of the same reasons plus more! This will be the longest year lease of my life! Hopefully my house will come to pass before my lease ends and I can move soon. It’s not worth the frustration to live here. DONT MOVE HERE!!!! This place is horrible, corporate is more horrible. I signed my lease on 8/10 and on 8/14 the ceiling in the master bedroom and bathroom caved in. The management company immediately told me that it was the fault of the upstairs tenant. They did nothing to repair my unit stating that I had to wait on the other tenants insurance to reach out to me. So after waiting over two weeks I reached out to the tenant and she informed me they told her she did nothing wrong. I filed the insurance claim with her insurance (she had to provide me with the insurance information) only to find out the management company had never contacted them. When I reached out to the management company to tell them I filed the claim then and only then did they send contractors out to repair the ceiling(
My mother has only been here 3 months the apartments are so run down for the first 2 months there was no hot water. Until recently. They cut a whole in the wall due to a leak outside and no one has came to cover it, they tore my carpet due to a leak and no one has replaced it. The office is don't really seem to care about residents living conditions. Lady told me the last resident flooded the apartment and the ceiling came down. I can tell because the floor is so weak it feels like you can fall through at any moment. Every since my mother been in the apartment it has been falling apart. Even the cheap updates they have attempted to put in. Save yourself some time and go move some where this is not the place. Oh I forgot the paint is peeling every where and The entire complex needs
Lived here for two years. New office staff was great. (I moved in with the previous management). Issues were out of their control and were present prior to them but still a pain my a*s. The leaking!! I was on a first floor unit/walk up unit and every time it rained by window leaked and the fireplace. My sons bathroom leaked twice and his hallway flooded from upstairs twice. Such a pain!! Then the most annoying of ALL! The pests!! My kitchen was INFESTED. It’s was obvious signs of prior water damage and bugs love water. Terminix came whenever they felt like it but it didn’t matter because they were ineffective. It was so frustrating and disgusting dealing with it daily. I hope they renovate my unit and hopefully the next tenant has a better living experience.
