Chase Run Apartments

I have lived here at Chase Run now for 5 ¹/² yrs, and I absolutely love living here, from the staff (Michelle, Kristen, Gus, and Mitchell) that are very accommodating, to my neighbors that are pleasant and helpful when you need a little extra help as we all do sometimes. Lastly, the apartment itself is spacious and beautiful. 5 out of 5 rating from me.

I've lived here a year and the apartments are very spacious and quiet, I do wish we had a pool or could have the little wading pools some people do have them out by their apartments though and they aren't but overall the atmosphere here is good and they do work with you if you talk to them. All my neighbors are super friendly

Great place to live, really nice place, very homey and comfortable, neighbors are friendly. Been living here for about 3 years and I love this place, if you're looking for a family place this is the place to raise your kids. My only complaint is I feel the rent is a little high but you have modern convinces

The apartments were very nice with lots of stoarge space (walk in closets) and the maintenence people were awesome the few times we needed them over 2 1/2 years. The only issues I had were a "lost" check we turned in that was later found in their receipt book and an issue with being put on a waiting list. We were supposed to be put on a list for a reduced price unit, waited over 1 1/2 years only to find out they never put us on the list. Waited for another year and then left. It's been almost two months and I haven't received any notification regarding my security deposit and have called 4 times with no answer as well. If you want a cheaper apartment in Mt. Pleasant go to United Apartments complexes. If you want something high quality there are houses and other complexes (StoneCrest?), but

Ive had such a POSITIVE experience living here for the past 2 years :) the office managers are friendly and accommodating. The apartments are very very nice and spacious for the price!
