If you’re looking for overpriced landlord special apartments which are poorly managed, look no further than Chase Lea. I moved into a unit this past August in which the tub had been painted over. The tap in the bathroom leaked water all over the counter, I put in a ticket for it and they only replaced the handles. They have plow trucks on site, yet the parking lots still have spaces completely covered in a foot of snow three weeks after the snowstorm. I slipped on the sidewalk multiple times while carrying my infant to and from the car from lack of salting. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing with garbage. Had the pleasure of meeting Tyla today during my search of apartments. My daughter will be living in her own this year and I want to make sure where ever she decides to move is the right decision. I was a little concerned based on the previous reviews I’ve read but after dealing with Tyla, which happens to be the assistant manager I believe, I feel my young daughter actually made the right decision by choosing Chase Lea Apts. She was very professional and patient especially after all the questions. She truly put my mind to ease knowing that my daughter will be moving in soon.

If i could genuinely give a place zero stars then i would. My tires and rims got STOLEN along with another tenant. Potentially I even feel like I’m being watched and the supposed “Cameras” That are outside on each building aren’t on due to “Them not being in their budget”. I don’t feel safe here nor does my other neighbor. I will be moving away once my lease is done. Chase lea did absolutely nothing to try to help even as far as taking my concerns with the cameras.

Pros: - neighborhood was quiet for the most part… Cons: - Major leaks throughout the apartment - Miscellaneous trash outside - Animals fell into chimney - Bandaid solutions from maintenance - BIG vultures - Maintenance was horrible - Poor customer service from management - Received an unready apartment (ceiling leaked my first night there, then my kitchen sink leaked the following day… then the whole fireplace) My experience was awful here. I was more than happy to pay to break my lease after 3 months of living in that complex. Management (property, maintenance, and company) doesn’t care at all. When my entire fireplace was leaking (after reporting hearing a puddle from the fireplace a month prior), they gave me a little bucket. The ENTIRE FIREPLACE WAS DRENCHED IN WATER (through the top

I've been here over 8+yrs. Maintenance has always been available. But today I want to give a shout to Mr. Wayland. He went over and beyond to fix my outside door, were out home will warm and safe. I didn't have to point out certain things. He recognized the issues and took care of everything. Thank you again for all your help!!
