I had to do some final banking issues due to my mother's death. We had to close her account w/ Chase. I was introduced to Jay Juma at the Allen location and was very impressed w/ his kind and professional service. Chase Bank is not our Bank for all our banking needs, but w/ the fine service by Jay and the Chase Bank in Allen we are considering being in contact w/ them in the future. Thank You for making our lives a little easier in regards to Mom's passing.
