I'm calling this branch and I can't get anybody to answer that's not acceptable. I came in with my keys to exit the security box before payment is due for the next year. The master key didn't work. I'm calling to get an appointment before I have to leave town.
The older lady with white hair refused to do her JOB. What she literally was hired to do. My husband had a coworker who needed a check cashed because he just moved here and needed help with cashing a check from work. She definitely was assuming and stereotyped my husband and his friend. It’s okay Lakewood Chase Branch was MORE THAN HAPPY. To help us. Never coming here again. Please quit if you don’t want to do your job. Thanks.
I’m No Longer A Chase Bank Customer, but Yolanda Was Beyond Helpful Today. I Had Issues With Another Location Over The Weekend With Trying To Get My Funds Out Of My Account, and My Experience With Yolanda Was Excellent. I Spent Maybe 20 Minutes Max With Her, and She Was Able To Do More For Me In That Time, That The Strongsville Location Could In Over An Hour. Yolanda Was Great.
If you love wasting your time and long lines that don't move, this bank is for you. Doesn't matter what time of the day it is .... This bank is SLOW. Also, they NEVER answe their phone.
