Chase Bank

Woodward@8 mile location,is a lil garage.Too small,But the workers are great!!!) always greet u.little parking space,one a.t.m out side.They could have done better building this chase bank.

Perfect location but they need additional outside ATM machines. It's usually a long line of cars to access one single machine.

Several employees walking around aimlessly while a que forms for the one and only teller. This is the worst branch.

I have had 3 horrible experiences. I have been trying to add my husband to the account and every-time they only have one banker. Today we went in she told us we had to come back. I came back and they told us they couldn't help us today cause they only have one banker. My mom had to drive over 40 minutes to come to get her name removed off her account. After the banker in the morning told us to call her and have her come up. She said she would be able to help us when we came back and they said no she's too booked. They wouldn't even let us speak to a manager. We will be closing our account with Chase. This isn't the first time this has happened here. Telling us to have our mom drive 40 minutes to then not help us when we show up. Do not go to the Chase bank on 8 mile. Honestly should be shu

Unwilling to help customers. Rude. Needs training and to hire people who actually care to do the job they were hired for instead of acting like they own the whole bank and can decide for customers what about their account they are allowed to know. Like the tellers own your money and not you. So unprofessional. Such attitude. And unwilling to be decent human beings.
