Charter Creek Apartments

I've lived here for 10 years! I love it, the office is courteous and responsive. They are picky about keeping the quality appearance, which is great. The pool and grounds are well kept. I get yearly incentives for re-leasing (carpet cleaning, plantation blinds, etc.). They regularly pressure wash the exterior. The parking lots were repaved recently. They have replaced my hot water tank and my air unit. Maintenance is on-the-spot, and are so polite! Regular pest control and sprinkler inspection; have not seen 1 insect in 10 years. Big balcony and storage room. There are a lot of amenities here. Neighbors are friendly and the office schedules regular get-togethers. Big dog park and playground for the kids. I’ve been living here for over seven years. Reading some of the previous comments, I have just never experienced any of that… such as noise or bad neighbors. The grounds are kept very clean, and I have found the office staff to be very helpful and attentive. My experience has been that any issues with the apartment are quickly resolved. I also find this a very quiet place to live. And a shoutout to Chris and the maintenance team

I lived here for two years and found that the grounds were kept beautifully. I loved the fact that there was a walking trail. The pool was lovely and a quiet place to rest and relax. The workout room could use an upgrade (maybe a better TV and equipment). Whenever there was an issue that needed to be fixed the maintenance people were fast and efficient. As mentioned by other reviewers the walls/floors/ceilings are thin. There are neighbors who must be extra sensitive or have bionic ears, as the activities of daily living may elicit a complaint.

We lived here for three years (15'-18') and highly recommend these apartments. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and sometimes even the same day (Chris, the maintenance guy, is awesome). Our upstairs neighbor's water heater broke and flooded our apartment. That night, we had blowers running and holes cut out (of the walls and ceiling) to dry everything out. Within two weeks every hole was patched and painted and we had new padding for our carpet. They also took care of the additional spike in our electrical bill from running all the machines. They give ample notice for any routine maintenance and there was rarely any signs that they had even entered the apartment. It was a nightmare living here due to excessive noise complaints from activities of daily living. Management showed no flexibility or understanding that we had two young kids and were doing our best to accommodate our unreasonable below neighbors who expected complete silence past 930 pm. To reiterate because of their very thin walls/floorboards, normal living activity, such as simply walking across the floor, will ellicit noise complaints from neighbors. Wanted to warn other parents (especially do not get a third floor apartment) so they don't have to suffer like we did.
