Charleston on 66th

We had a wonderful experience living here for the past year. The apartment community was clean, quiet, and very family-friendly, which made it a great place for us to call home. A special thank you to the apartment manager, Laurie. She truly went above and beyond for my family throughout our entire stay. Anytime we had a question or needed help, she was quick to respond and always made sure we were taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the residents the way she does. Because of Laurie and the overall atmosphere of the property, our year here was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with management that truly cares. -Darrius P.A

The amount of noise I hear from my neighbors above me is in herd of. It’s 2 adults who STOMP out of spite because I bang on my ceiling to get them to stop. They have 2 kids who run , jump, wear roller blades all over the apartment. I’ve made complaints to the local police dept and they have come out many times, called security and they have come out but whe both go up to say something to the tenants above me they refuse to answer the door. I’ve called the office and they are not doing anything either. I work nights at a hospital so my job is very demanding and I can not get any sleep due to the noise. My little brother stays with me from time to time and he is always getting woke up or can’t sleep due to the noise. It starts at 7a and stops around 11p ( on school nights at that and the 2 k

I’ve lived here for about four months now, and I love it! The property is very clean and well kept. The front office staff members are always on top of it, friendly, and very helpful! The trash service is really nice. Parking is easy, even for guests. Would recommend!

It’s alright . Amenities are nice and staff is super nice even though they suck at emails . That being said half the stuff is broken which all renters pay for monthly. Fire alarms go off frequently and a homeless guy lives on the fence of the property. New members of community are horrible will dump their trash in the parking lot on a daily basis . Cmon people you live here clean up after yourselves . Walls are pretty thin if you work a 9-5 like most people I wouldn’t recommend the second floor.

Have been living here for quite some time now. They promised to pressure wash the hallways months ago (August 5th) and haven’t. Very normal to find dog pee in elevator or in hallways and lots of trash just sitting around. They never clean the elevators and the overall vibe of this place has tanked since new ownership came in. I used to love living here, now I feel like I live in a pig stye. NOT LUXURY apartments but you certainly pay for it.
