Charles Mayeri Properties

We rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Long Beachfrom the landlord, Charles Mayeri. From the beginning it was apparent this landlord, Charles Mayeri, does not take care of his properties and is not running a professional business. We arrived to a disgusting, unclean condo on our move-in day and it took him two months to start to address even the most urgent of issues. Three months later, we still have a dozen outstanding issues including two major safety issues. This landlord operates out of the basement of a rundown home and has no staff. He is unresponsive and failed to properly repair this unit after Hurricane Sandy damage. Anyone looking to rent a property/apartment from Charles Mayeri Properties, please do not hesitate to contact me for a more detailed reference.
