We couldn’t be happier with our new home built by Charis! From our first meeting with Charis we felt heard, understood and cared for. There was honest, good communication throughout the build. The design process was fun as they were very helpful and made good suggestions along the way. Their attention to detail and quality construction were every bit as advertised - we would challenge that they build the highest quality home around. Our home is energy efficient and built to help us stay healthy. Any minor discrepancies were dealt with timely and fairly. We highly recommend Charis Homes!

It has been a FANTASTIC Experience from the beginning. They have made my family feel so comfortable with the process and have been upfront with us at every turn. The quality is second to none and can not be compared to a lot of other builders. I researched 16 builders before choosing Charis and when you understand the why and how they build you quickly realize the advantages of building with such high quality products for the long term quality of home, energy efficiency and air/health in the home! When shopping different builders make sure you do your research and find out how many people stay in that companies homes. I know people that build with Charis, STAY with Charis.

Been in my Charis home 2 years. Process was great, house done in 8 months- weather in 2016 was perfect for this so caution- results may vary. There have been problems since, but they have taken care of them. Love my house!
