Centre Court Townhomes is a quiet, clean neighborhood. And Brian is the best property manager I've ever rented from. He made my move so easy.

Just moved in about a month ago, most of the reviews are from previous leasing managers and their issues and errors. But now it's Ashleigh, and she has been nothing but helpful. To the renting process, the applications, the interviews, everything has been a breeze. Few small issues when I moved in, she made every effort to get someone out efficiently, timely, and when I requested. A true believer of sole responsibility of the property to help the tenants. Good leasing managers lead to good tenants. And they made a good choice with Ashley. Has helped us more than ever expected. Thanks!!!

I do not usually leave reviews, but I feel this one is necessary. I have to say, I am disappointed. I have lived here almost a year and it has not been a pleasant experience trying to get in contact with anyone from the office. If I call, no one ever answers or returns my call, and I do leave messages. Towards the beginning, there were several times a note was left on our door (almost all the other units as well) about how maintenance needed to enter the residence for something. There were multiple times that maintenance never came. When I asked the apartment about this, I got no response. There have also been times where maintenance has come unannounced. Recently, we have needed maintenance to come make some repairs. It takes days for anyone to respond. I am very disappointed in the respo

Worst place to rent from. My basement flooded 3-4 times while i live there for less than a year. Manager Molly refused to remove the feces from my basement after a bad rain storm. I had to call the health department to get it handled. A maintenance man came to my apartment the night my basement flooded and sink overflowed with brown waste. After the maint. man left - he sent me unprovoked explicit photos. I reported this to Molly the manager but she told me “he doesn’t work for us, he is contented out”. But yet he was in my apartment, so he technically is employed by 5 west group, contractor or not. I would get 0 stars if I could. Management is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

What a shame to see that this building is now owned and managed by 5 West Group. I live at Arbor Grove in the 4035 building managed by Sandra Hollis. You will be retaliated against if you raise any complaints or need help from their team. Rent with 5 West Group at your own risk. Sorry to see it...
