Chapel Ridge

Do not move to Chapel Ridge! They never answer because all they want to do is sit in the office laughing and they barely fix anything. They take months just to fix anything. My uncle’s air was out for months during the hottest time of the year before they even attempted to fix it. No emergency window ac or nothing. The maintenance men mark their work orders as complete when they haven’t done anything. My neighbor’s, and my uncle has been having problems in their apartments that they’ve been lying to them about fixing. Something needs to be done about this sorry staff. I’m definitely getting bbb involved because this is ridiculous.

I wish I could put no stars! This apartment complex is trash! They will give you the run around of a month or 2 just to get a move in date. The whole apartment complex is patched here and there. They don’t care about fixing maintenance issues. My hot water has never worked in any of my tubs. They never fixed it. Since I moved in. I’m almost at the end of my lease and can’t wait to get away from this ghetto establishment! The kids and ghetto and bad trash is always everywhere! The carpet is old and it’s dated. I’m currently without air in my apartment nobody comes to the door at the leasing office nobody returns your calls. They are beyond sorry. It's a disgrace it's unethical uncivilized a shame how they don't care my apt been messed up since I moved never will fix it they have had six managers since 2018 2 of the them was the best........I've had funds taken from me( I have the proof) that's from ramp I wouldn't let a stray dog come there it's sad again I'm living with relatives because my apt is not liveable but by The Grace of God I'm blessed but every dog has they day the way this apt cares about their community is SAD might I add I stay on back side upstairs my apt leaks on my neighbors under me when I wash clothes or wash dishes who the hell wants to live like that I hope this reach the right person cause yesss I'm not letting up that easy I have boys that's not fair to them to uproot them like THIS P.S. Save yourself the disappointment!!! They are ALL crooks!! From the regional manager in their Corp. office down to the current apt manager. If it was possible to leave -0 stars, I would, at least for the last yr I lived in this complex. Was there for 6 yrs total, and the first five, no problem at ALL. Ms. Jackie was the apt manager then, and she was great as well as professional. They went straight to hell when new owners/management took over towards the end of my 5th yr, on into and throughout my 6th year there. I finally moved away this past June (THANK GOD)!!! Worst apartment complex in the city. Maintenance can't fix anything because they don't know how. Office managers are sorry,lazy, and ridiculous. Corporate needs to be audited for allowing this once nice complex to look like a 3rd county war zone.
