I can’t thank Cervelli mgmt enough and especially Ms.Liza for all the help and support they gave us in securing a apartment for one of my family members.. What quite possibly could’ve taken years if we went through the state took approximately seven weeks from start to finish To secure a decent apartment for a family member in need.. The process was fairly easy other than securing documents that was hard to obtain, but that was our fault. They worked diligently and efficiently in helping us secure A lovely apartment at a subsidize rate.. I can’t thank them enough . The peace that they have given to all our family so that our loved one has a safe affordable place to call home .. I see many complaints on here, but I can’t complain at all. They don’t care about their tenants they don’t call back even if you leave an emergency message the super has an attitude they don’t pay their workers they’ll only call you if you owe them money the parking lot floods you might get a good price on rent but sometimes it’s not worth the stress

What a pleasure it was working with Chris Cervelli. He’s very knowledgeable and down to earth. I had such a great experience and looking forward to working together again.

I thank God for a road block I was told to send pay stubs and birth certificates to apply for a low income apt . Liza used my information as well as my daughters to open up a credit card information. I asked to speak with a mamger Diana when I asked over spoke me and hung up . She also used my information fraudulently . These people are crooks . Dnt send your information to them
