I had the displeasure of speaking with Larry Moore regarding a mutual client. During our conversation, I brought to his attention that the client was unaware of key details in the home-buying process which is a serious concern, considering the magnitude of this type of financial commitment. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, Larry was rude, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me. Communication and transparency are critical in real estate, and unfortunately, that was severely lacking in this interaction. I would not feel confident entrusting this company with such an important transaction.

Bonnie represented the seller of a home my husband and I recently purchased. During the showing, the main bathroom sewage dripped into the basement causing a foul smell throughout the home. In our offer were requested this be corrected by a plumber. The seller stated they hadn’t experienced this before and agreed to correct the issue. Bonnie hired a repairman to complete the service and let us know this was taken care of. Moving forward to the day after taking possession of the home, the foul smell returns. Larry did some things right. He communicated well, for example. He was friendly and easy to talk to. When I requested professional photography, he said something like, "Let's give it a couple of weeks and see how it goes. If he doesn't sell by then, we can do that." 4-5 months went by, and it was never done. When I brought it up to him, he said that wouldn't help sell it. I did not like that response. I felt like it must cost extra to have professional pictures taken, and he didn't want to pony up the money to do that, even though it would have helped my house sell. I looked up a property I was familiar with. I was told it had been completely remodeled over the past year since it had been sold and was again, back on the market. I was anxious to see the house, but was rather shocked at the high price tag since I saw what the house originally went for. Now I really was curious about how much work must have warranted this price. The pictures submitted by this company did not show these changes. It did not show the 3 bedrooms, only the 1 main bath, not the Master bath. It did not show the back Screened in Back Porch. It did not show the backyard w/Storage Building.
