Gretchen was AMAZING!!! She found the house, told us it was worth a look and we absolutely fell in love with it. We ended up being coached well and were able to secure our home with all of the items checked off as well as a couple wish list items we didn’t know we’d want. Thanks Gretchen and Century 21 team!

From the get go, no good! First day Jordyn Mullins was to come and sign listing docs at 5pm, never showed! Texted at 5:30pm said she wouldn’t be there, her sisters dog bothered her allergies! This gal DOES NOT return a call or messages in less that 5 hours if ever, DOES NOT correct listing errors or keep promises made! Home photos were horrible, listing was delayed a week and it never made it to the “spotlight” as promised! Had an appointment one day for a showing and cancelled because she stated she had mental health issues! She wanted us to drop the price of our home, I asked her to call to further discuss and never heard from her again! Called the office to discuss with Manager and was immediately switched to another realtor! Terrible customer service and a horrible experience!

Gayleen has been patient and provided the kick in the pants to 2 procrastinators to go and sell a lot we don't need, to a neighbor who wants that lot. Gave us money to remodel our house. We will call Gayleen to sell our house soon!

Bethany had great communication. If I had a question she would answer and tell me the why behind. She was knowledgeable, patient and professional.
