My experience with Century 21 Realty was amazing from start to finish. Julia was our agent, and she made this whole process feel so much less stressful than we expected. She answered every single question we threw at her , always checked in on us, and made sure we fully understood each step before moving forward. Thanks to her, we found the perfect home in Kenilworth and actually felt confident the entire way through. She’s professional, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

We were extremely happy with the help provided by Madeleine Ware at Century 21 when looking for an apartment rental for our daughter in Hoboken, NJ. Maddy was professional and personable and went above and beyond to find a place that would meet our daughter’s needs in relation to location and amenities. She worked with our schedule for the showings and streamlined the application and closing process to help us complete everything remotely. She followed up to make sure we were pleased with our selection and was always available for questions. We highly recommend Maddy and Century 21 and really appreciate all she did to make our apartment search a pleasant and positive experience.

Our Century 21 agent Ingrig Suarez was excellent. She helped us a lot throughout the entire process without ever pressuring us to buy until we found exactly what we wanted. Ingrig kept us informed about every step and document, and was always available to explain and answer our questions. She also called us frequently to guide us and keep us updated on how the process was going. Very professional, kind, and dedicated service. We highly recommend her 100%!

I am so unhappy with selling my property with Century 21 Preferred Realty In Union NJ and have worked with Marina as a realtor. She failed to mention that she was a dual agent handling all communication between both parties (Buyer and Seller). After having my suspicions and realized she was a dual agent it was on the day of closing my house. So it was too late to withdraw. She was very biased representing the ideas of only the buyer. Marina told me that my house was worth $100.00 less just because I refused to do repairs requested by the buyer. Marina was only negotiating terms on behalf of the buyer only. I was left alone, fighting to sell my house for a decent price. She lied to us on many occasions. Some other realtor could have sold my house for the right price if I had a realtor who I

My mother recently passed away and it was a very emotional time for me and I had the added stress of having to sell her Maplewood home. When it was time for me to put the house on the market Century 21 was the first that came to my mind. I had the pleasure of working with Juila Rodriguez who was very professional, understanding,friendly and hard working. She knows the industry very well.
