CENTURY 21 North Homes- Everett

I had a great experience purchasing a home. The realtor (ask for Marra Paradis) was great. She listened to our needs and was able to deliver with lots of options! As a first time home buyer she made sure to walk us through the process every step of the way to make it an overall positive experience.

This company Go Jo Plumbing along with CENTURY 21 North Home Realty over charged me $1326 just for replacing two faucets ( water leaking), typically cost arond $30-$40. CENTURY 21 North Home Realty in Everret, Washington State manage my property and deduct $1326 they received as rent from tenants without my permission, charged another $132 for who knows for what. These companies working together, over charging with unbelievable/Expensive over $1400 for 30-40 minetues job. The manager from CENTRY 21 North Home Everret, told me "shut up" when i try when try to talk to him about they supposed to tell me ( when it is over $300 job) and get my permission before go-ahead this kind of job. Stay away from these scammers! I will.

My realtor here cared about teaching me about the process far more than my previous realtor, I would highly recommend them to perspective buyers!

Very on point in helping us finding a home, and responsive and knowledgable throughout the entire process!
