CENTURY 21 Integra

I had been with century 21 for almost 13 years. The last 3 years have been nothing but headaches with them. Issues taking months to get fixed, issues never fixed. Years of AC leaking and spraying water on the side of the house causing mold and rotting of the wood which was never fixed. Mold in the bathroom from no ventilation after 10+ years of being told a vent would be added to the bathroom. Going through my personal belongings during inspections. Leaving my refrigerator door that is my property open on more than 1 occasions. Yesenia is rude, will use every excuse they can find to charge you false fees, and they do not take accountably for anything. I made a complaint about how they treat tenants and 5 minutes later, at 8pm, I get a text saying they will be doing an inspection the next

Stacie Scholl is an amazing Realtor. She has gone above and beyond for us during the purchase process for us. This has been especially tedious as we had to shift mortgage companies close to the end and we are out of state at the same time. Stacie has been there for us through every step even finding us a new mortgage broker 10 days before closing. If your looking for a realtor Stacie is the lady!

Do not come here!!! Linda and her realtors are breaking the law!! They will come and harass you to try and cover their selves up!! 1) my electricity is powering the neighbor house for the past two years and no where in my paper work is it placed to have me pay for the neighbors electricity 2) we have a sewer water spraying from our water system 2x a day!!! Can we say ecoli, salmonella, hepatitis and more!!! 3) when there is a problem it’s not century 21 anymore it’s Seguin management property 4) Angela Marks in the office has no idea 🤷🏻‍♀️ what the cooperate number is and tells you to google the number. (Unfortunately she is incompetent for help) 5) when they know you are at your lowest like losing a child they will harass you even on the day you had surgery to remove remaining tissue!
