The conditions of my apartment that is managed by Guspav Realty is practically unlivable. My air conditioner had stopped working multiple times in the last few months.This latest time, I was told to call the repair person myself, and when the repair person never answered me I had to text the property management company multiple times to get any response. This happened all the other times my sc broke as well. It was 97 degrees in my apartment and I had to practically beg for the property manger to help me. There is black mold growing on my ceiling, which is causing migraines and sinus problems, and none of my appliances are working ( dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, air conditioner). On top of not maintaining the property well at all (leaky roof, dirty hallways, roaches, trash all over the parking area), they refuse to handle tenant disputes. I've reported wild parties until 5 am in the middle of the week, drunken tenants passing out in the hallways, and worst of all, tenants threatening and harassing me as well as touching my property. Guspav Realty has never once addressed these issues with other tenants, showed any interests in my concerns, or put forth any efforts to rectify these situations. They are completely unprofessional and incompetent. Save yourself the headache and the lawsuits and find a better company to work with.

Warning! I cannot express how poorly managed this real estate business is. They are unresponsive as a management company. They ignore your messages and requests for repairs. They do not keep their buildings clean. When you do get them on the phone or in an email response, they are unprofessional, dishonest and not very courteous. I don’t make a habit of negative reviews, but I can’t let this one go without comment. Take my advice, go elsewhere, especially if you need a management company!

Amazing experience ! Karen was so helpful from day one, she kept in constant contact and went above and beyond to assure my Fiance and I were well informed and knew what the whole process entailed. I've worked with realtors in the past while renting and usually there is a delay in response time, unclear communication and you don't feel like a priority. That was not the case with Karen she was there from beginning to end.

CENTURY 21 Guspav Realty is a real estate firm and not a management company. Real Estate agents are impeccable and thorough and know properties in Deerfield Beach and all of the surrounding areas. They go above and beyond to get the transaction to closing. Well done!!
