I trusted the misrepresentation of Jose L Guzman from Deausen Realty and John Boring from Century 21 Don Gurney. For a year and a half worked on looking for a property that would fit my needs for my future plans. You would think that after this amount of time they would be aware about everything I was looking for. I gave a detailed explanation about what my plans were for this location. Jose Guzman had apparently found the “perfect” land and location for me by pairing up with John Boring from Century 21 in Pasadena, MD and introducing me to the location I now own.
