Mandy represented our landlords during the sale of their 3 family home that we had just moved into 3 months prior, and we dealt with her extensively throughout the sale. She was persistently dishonest and came across as inept and clueless. Our landlords had agreed to extend our lease prior to the sale to ensure we could remain in our unit, but then refused to do so after Mandy advised them not to extend it. She lied to us over and over about the buyer's intention to let us stay in our unit after the transfer. Once the new owners closed, they immediately told us to vacate with barely the minimum legal notice required, Mandy offered us no help, and seemed to misunderstand basic real estate law in our interactions. This person tried to sell my property with fraudsters claiming to be owners. This person has no idea what she’s doing. They were negligent with their due diligence and causing unnecessary stress to me and my family. They did not make sure that the owners were the ACTUAL OWNERS. Ridiculous.

Their rental agent Mac, is superb. He's professional he's on top of it and he gets the job done. He has helped me many times find a great resident for my units. I would highly recommend Mac.
