I’ve lived here for five years and it’s never been this frustrating. They switched the parking structure to assigned spots, which leaves barely any open parking for the rest of us. Then with all the new construction taking up even more spots, there’s basically nowhere to park anymore. It’s always packed. I’ve had nights where I circled for 30 minutes and still couldn’t find a legal spot. My car ended up getting towed for being in the red, and I had to pay over $700 to get it back. What’s wild is that I see other cars parked in the red all the time and nothing ever happens. The night I got towed, some random security guy was on duty who I’ve never even seen before. It’s completely inconsistent. Management didn’t help at all. They just brushed it off. Maintenance is terrible too. The dog p
Google Review (Updated – October 2025) DO NOT EVEN BOTHER RENTING ANYTHING MANAGED BY AVENUE 5!!! I posted a review four months ago after management promised to “make things right.” Months later, nothing has improved — more things keep breaking. I’ve had over 50 emails, dozens of service requests, and people in my apartment almost every week since May. This isn’t normal “standard maintenance.” Reality: They had to install a whole new front door because it looked like someone had broken in and we could barely lock it. they intsalled an dented scrated door (see pics below the dented and scratched door pics are the "new door"...they don't care! The day I moved in I did a load of laundry and it smelt like something was burning. The plug was falling out of the wall the vent pipe wasn't even
I lived here from 2019 till 2024. I lived comfortably here. I never saw much sketchy business with crime. My car got rummaged through a couple of times but that was my fault for leaving the doors unlocked. The pool area is nice.. when its not over run with screaming kids. The last year, I was there somebody moved in over top of me, that would be stomp every time they walk, their kids would jump up-and-down, there wasn't much. I could do about it.That was another reason why I felt like I needed to leave because I didn't want to fight my neighbor. Over all I had a good experience... But like any other complex, they raise the rent on you every year so eventually I got priced out i didn't want to keep paying more money for the same place. I've been living prior for cheaper...lol I did stay th
Edit: don’t trust reviews praising the maintenance team. I’ve had 3 active maintenance requests for over two months, one of which addressing mold in my bathtub due to a bad caulk job, and haven’t heard a word from maintenance people. When I was given a date for the team to come in to take a look, no one even showed up. They don’t seem to consider mold an urgent issue, even as I ask them multiple times to come check it out. Nicely tucked away from Casino Road and with a great view of the nearby golf course. Apartment is bigger than most other places I saw at this price. That’s about all the good I can say now. My upstairs neighbors blast music almost every day, anywhere from 7am to 2 am. Multiple noise complaints have to be made in a single weeknight before anything happened. Management t
I’ve been living here for almost two years, and this has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. The noise is unbearable — constant banging from the ceiling, music blasting from below, even in the middle of the night. We’ve contacted security and even 911, but nothing changes. Management refuses to take real action and even suggested that we should buy a device to measure the noise ourselves. Seriously? This is not a place for peaceful living. If you value your mental health and sleep — stay away from this place.
