Central Tower Apartments

They trick you to believe this a beautiful place to live it's not, to find out the roaches have taken over. The residents trash the place ,..the fire alarm goes off to much. It's smells like garbage and weed throuhout the building roaches spray smell is unbelievable.. people ring the apartment buzzer all times of the day ,which makes this place nowhere I would recommend to live. there is no security guard .. Im moving out immediately.

I love Tonya she always helps me with everything I need with my apartment I haven't had things done in my apartment and I been here for a while now Tonya was the third manager here and every since she's been managing my apartment getting together she does a great job even whenever I don't agree she helps me understand what ever it is in better way for me to agree

Been here for almost 2 years, management is beautiful everything is wonderful. Voted #1 income based apartments in southwest Detroit’s area. Crystal the property manager has so much respect and you can definitely tell she loves her job she’s really good at it. Great person. I plan on being here for as long as possible. Yevette has been with the company for a while now and she is WONDERFUL. Thanks lady’s for all the hard work you do for us residents.

This place was better when it was 55 years old n up only. now they just let anyone move in and always arguments and fights front desk lady getting pay for doing nothing ,she's never in the office , I feel bad for the elderly living here ,since they let young people move in now who don't respect anyone and are thief n always high n drunk. I only met one young couple who are nice n clean.

Terrible management they are very rude. The people who work here leave the place in shambles, it always stinks, the fire alarm goes off so many times that people don't even worry about it going off. The security doesn't keep anyone safe.
